• Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the case.

• Cash on Delivery charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.
